Wolf drifted off and his old eyes went black
Owl knew he was gone and was not coming back
She was not far behind and now she could not use her legs
Still, before she went on she wanted her eggs

They were still up in space so far from it all
She couldn't see them from where she was for the trees were too tall
"But as long as I am breathing and before my heart will stop
I will crawl to higher ground. I'll see them from the mountain top"

So she went on hеr way, crawling on the ground
In far too much pain to notice the sound
Of joyous, еxcited croaks in uncountable numbers
Shouting "Here brothers, here! Here our feast slumber"

The air was thick of Ravens with desires
And thirst burning red like a thousand forest fires
The landscape was changing for worse more than better
As the Ravens started singing in sync to the letter...
